Off Shore Oil Drilling Near Santa Barbara...Say What???

What a lovely view.  This could be yours for the price of zeroing out California state park general funding and replacing it with a bribery tag of $140 million for an oil lease off the coast of Santa Barbara.  What a deal!!!


It might just be me, but something sounds wrong with state park funding being held hostage and to survive they have to agree to an offshore oil drilling lease.  Does anyone want to start the pros and cons list?  Come on, it'll be fun!
